The Raise3D RMS220 is a powerful SLS 3D printer developed for industrial series production. With a 75 W fibre laser and a maximum scanning speed of 30,000 mm/s, it offers high precision and speed. The generous build volume of 220 × 220 × 350 mm enables the production of larger parts or several components at the same time. Thanks to the Quick-Detach technology, the material can be changed in just 45 minutes, which significantly reduces production times. The integrated RFID technology automatically recognises the powder used and adjusts the printing parameters accordingly to ensure consistent quality. With a maximum production capacity of up to 5 kg per day, the RMS220 is ideal for the production of functional prototypes, small batches and end-use parts. The compact design saves valuable space in the production environment without compromising on performance. Product description Cleaning Station

The Raise3D C220-P cleaning station is a specialised post-processing machine for the RMS220 SLS 3D printer. It integrates essential functions such as powder recovery, part extraction and powder preparation. After the printing process, the printed parts can be quickly removed from the build chamber. A sieve system breaks down lumps of powder and prepares it for reuse. The station has two 20-litre containers for fresh and used powder as well as a mixer that enables individual mixing. An intelligent filter system with HEPA+ and activated carbon filter ensures a clean and safe working environment. With compact dimensions of 1384 × 823 × 1740 mm, the C220-P fits into various industrial environments. It is the ideal solution for efficient and sustainable post-processing in the SLS 3D printing process.
