Product description

The PostPro DPX from AMT is a compact, automated powder removal system that has been specially developed for the post-processing of 3D-printed plastic parts. With a generous 10-litre basket volume and a powerful filter system, the DPX enables efficient cleaning of components, especially from powder-based printing processes such as SLS, MJF or SAF. The user-friendly touchscreen user interface makes it easy to set cleaning parameters, while the integrated ionisation unit reduces static charges and thus ensures a dust-free surface. Thanks to its compact dimensions of 985 x 1135 x 1890 mm and a weight of 370 kg, the DPX can be easily integrated into existing working environments. The ATEX certification also ensures safe operation in environments with potentially explosive dusts. For complex geometries, the DPX also offers the option of manual post-processing using integrated gloves.
