Product description

This machine offers an improved structure that increases the rigidity of the X-axis by 25%, resulting in a significant increase in machining precision and quality. It is equipped as standard with a BBT-30 dual-contact spindle and a roller-type linear rail that maximises machining capacity. With a rapid traverse rate of 60 m/min and a maximum acceleration of 1.2 G, the machine ensures high dynamic stability even during fast movements. The servo-controlled tool magazine with 21 tool positions ensures efficient tool utilisation, while the clamping error inspection function prevents incorrect tool placements. The machine is also equipped with the state-of-the-art FANUC 0i-MF Plus controller, which ensures precise control and easy operation.
