Product description

The PostPro DP/SB Studio from AMT is a compact, automated powder removal system that has been specially developed for cleaning small 3D-printed components. With a basket volume of 10 litres and a maximum load of 10 kg, the system is ideal for applications in areas such as dental technology, jewellery production or prototyping. Using compressed air and special abrasives, the DP Studio efficiently and gently removes excess powder from the components. The integrated ionisation unit neutralises static charges, preventing powder particles from sticking back. A powerful filter system ensures a clean working environment by effectively capturing dust particles generated during the powder removal process. Thanks to the user-friendly touchscreen interface, cleaning parameters can be easily set and the process monitored. With its compact design, the PostPro DP Studio can be easily integrated into existing workflows without compromising on professional depowdering quality.
